About us

Every aspect of life has dark clouds and silver linings. Failure is part of learning. The greatest resolve is to keep moving, even when you can only manage to limp forward

In reading the book, i have realized that living in the now reduces the levels of anxiety and fear to doses  insufficient for a mental disorder. By putting to use   some of the author's survival skills, the mind is fully participant in the 'now' .Hopelessness  will rarely find space in the now
